Hello and welcome to Trade Show Joe Video Series, I’m Dan Riley. Today, we’re going to talk about a new style of trade show booth. This was an interesting story, because we recently came to market this particular display when working with a client that wanted to stand out. They are a new, cutting-edge software company called SkuVault. We talked to them about panels, light-boxes, pop-up displays, and ended up arriving at a system that uses aluminum tubes to be able to form the basic perimeter of the display. Dye-sublimation fabric wraps around, and ultimately zips like a large pillow case around the display. It has worked out really well for them. They have used the display at a variety of locations, included Vegas, Chicago, and a couple places abroad internationally. So, lets’ have a look!

This is our Formulate framework. It goes together very easily using the aluminum tubular components. These are durable but light-weight, about 2 inches in diameter, aluminum tubes. These particular tubes come in 3 different configurations. We can offer the formulate system in a completely flat variation. It uses all straight, non-arched or curved tubular components. We can offer a horizontal curve. A horizontal curve means that the curvature is more like a wave. It can curve from out, back around, and back – so it’s like a wave shape. We can do that by, in essence, taking this type of structure and configuring so it is upright instead of side-by-side. This is probably the most popular one and the most stable one, but they are all pretty neat. This is our vertical curved one - so it is vertically oriented - and allows you to have a curvature concaved in nature, sweeping from left to right and forming that curvature. Once you get the system together (it took 2 guys about 15 minutes to put it together) so that you’ve got the basic structure in place, all that is left to do is to take a fabric pillow case, and to wrap it over the top of all the framework. It is one piece - one dye-sublimation graphic - and at the bottom is a zipper. You simply pull the material tightly, zip it into place, and you’ve got a complete, ready-to-go, really unique, portable display structure. So lets’ have a look at the completed project.

This is our formulate horizontal curved 10 foot display. You can see all of this is printed on a stretchy, one piece, dye-sublimation piece of fabric. It’s two ply, so you’ve got a piece on the front, and just a blank piece on the back, stitched together like a large pillow case, wrapped entirely overtop and down the structure, and zipped across the bottom. This unit comes with a variety of different accessories. We can outfit it with shelving for products. We can outfit it with a mounting bracket for a flat screen monitor if you want to show a corporate video, product specifications, images, or even your website. We have different lights to be able to illuminate this. You can get LED lights and halogen lights. It really has a lot going for it. This is one of the newer displays in the market. It has worked very well for our client, SkuVault. They have used this display. People have asked about this display. They have contacted us and wanted to know more information about this display, because it’s unique. It’d different. It’s not your basic pop-up display or anything that has been around for awhile. It is a new type of technology that is evolving. It has only been around for a pretty short period of time.
We’d be glad to help you with a project like this. We invite you to visit our website at TradeShowJoe.com, to contact us at our toll-free number, to direct chat with us online, or to email us at any time. Thank you for taking the time to watch our video!
