Custom Logo Printed Table Cover Graphic Options

TradeShow Joe offers three options for custom graphic printing on table covers and table runners to fit your needs. Here, we will break down the differences between them so you can decide which is best for you. XPress Scan Graphic Printing

Xpress Scan is the most popular type of custom graphic printing for table covers. It is a heat-applique process, which utilizes a computer program to cut your logo or corporate message from a heat transfer media. From there the image is prepared and bonded to the fabric using extreme heat and high pressure. The resulting image can be machine washed and will not crack or peel (guaranteed). Xpress Scan is the best imprint when you do not have a custom color match and are dealing with 30 or fewer pieces. Xpress Scan doesn't require set-up fees and often times offer the best "bang for the buck" depending on the artwork. Unlike the other two custom printing options, XPress Scan is not available for stretch contour table throws.

RasterPrint Graphic Printing

RasterPrint is a dye-sublimation process that yields photographic images onto fabric. In addition to using RasterPrint for photographic images, many of our clients have found it a cost effective way to print multi-colored logos on our throw covers or other products.

Screen Printed Table Throws

Screen printing is a great option if you are needing printed table throws in larger quantities and you only need a one or two color imprint. Many of our customers choose screen printing for larger volume trade show table throws. Screen printing is also a great option for schools and universities looking to place larger orders or large corporations with many locations. PMS (Pantone) colors can be matched with screen print technology. Set up charges apply for screen prints, depend on the number of screens required (i.e. 1 screen per color).
