Hello, and welcome to Trade Show Joe's video series. I'm Dan Riley, and today I'd like to share with you a portable, telescoping literature stand called the Illusion. It's a great little product - very portable and easy to use. It comes in a black or silver finish. Lets' have a look!

This is our Illusion Literature Rack. It is all-aluminum, very durable, and a well-engineered piece of display equipment. It comes in two different color variations. You can get this in silver or a nice matte black finish. It is designed to be able to hold an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. It measures 10 inches one way and 12 inches the other, so you've got a little bit of wiggle room beyond an 8.5 x 11, and when fully extended (which I'm going to share with you), it measures 60 inches tall. To use this (most commonly it would be used on the floor, but for the sake of this we'll go ahead and set it up on the table), there are a couple of little feet that you are going to extend out from the base and that allow you to make the unit more sturdy so that it is ready to stand upright. Once you've got it upright, the handle itself (which pivots or rotates), unlatches the unit. There are two little pegs on each side and that will allow the unit to unlatch so that it is ready to stand vertical. Once vertical, the unit will stand all the way upright like so, and you're going to go as far as it will go, until the handle can rotate and lock into place at the top on both sides. That will help to insure that the unit is stable, secure, and ready to be used. A couple other things I'll point out to you: Although strong, it is lightweight (This entire unit weighs 19 lbs. That includes a bag and that includes the entire metal unit standing upright.). You've also got four pockets to be able to work with. This particular unit is a single-sided variation, so you've got 4 pockets. Each one will hold about an inch thick worth of literature, and easily fit an 8.5 x 11 or slightly larger. The unit has this nice little rod across each of the pockets, and that just provides some extra protection and helps in the event that the literature would want to lean and pull forward. That prevents that from happening. You are going to slip the literature up and under the rod to be able to hold it securely in place until you are ready to disseminate the literature. The unit goes down just about as easily as it goes up. It is super portable and easy to use. To do so, you simply unlatch, start to guide the unit downward, fold in these little collapsible stabilizer feet, and you're ready to be able to store the unit back in the bag, and take the unit with you when you're ready to go to the next trade show.
