0:08 — Introduction
Hello and welcome to the TradeShowJoe.com video series. I'm Dan Riley, and today we're talking about pop-up display structures.
Pop-up displays have been a workhorse of the display industry for many years. Today we'll show some of the features and benefits of our popular Coyote pop-up.
0:38 — Sizes and standard kit components
Coyote pop-ups come in different sizes, from small tabletop applications like the one demonstrated to large linear displays spanning 20 or even 30 feet. They come in curved and flat configurations.
The standard kit described here includes a strong, tubular aluminum frame and a molded plastic wheeled carrying case to protect the components during shipping.
Magnetic channel bars reinforce the frame and provide the connection for graphic or fabric panels. We can supply hook-and-loop receptive fabric panels in different colors or make custom graphics for your application.
1:47 — Opening the frame and attaching channel bars
The aluminum frame opens and connects with two small rare-earth magnetic clasps. No tools are required, and it takes only seconds.
Next, attach the magnetic channel bars. Rare-earth magnets hold the bars vertically onto the Coyote framework.
The six-foot system demonstrated uses ten channel bars. Larger systems use more bars, but the process is essentially the same.
2:29 — Hanging fabric and graphic panels
After attaching all the channel bars, connect the panels. Small hooks at the top fit onto plastic pins on the structure. The panels hang from top to bottom and attach to the frame with magnets.
The fabric panels are hook-and-loop receptive, similar to commercial-grade carpeting, so graphics can attach with hook-and-loop fasteners.
Alternatively, full graphic mural panels can replace the fabric panels. They use magnets and notches at the top, allowing either panel type to work on the same pop-up structure.
3:22 — Lighting options
Lighting is available for this unit. The options described in the video include LED and halogen fixtures.
Lighting is a good way to illuminate your graphic message. Take a look at the lighting options available for your display.
3:49 — Reuse and interchangeable graphics
Pop-up displays offer good value and are easy to assemble and disassemble. They are modular, and their graphics can be interchangeable.
You can use graphics attached to fabric panels or full-length graphic mural panels. Pop-up displays have been an important part of trade show marketing for decades and remain a useful way to present your message.
