TSJ Prime is a direct marketing experiment between Trade Show Joe and a partner manufacturer. It is a work in progress: we’re starting with a small selection of trade show displays, banners, and custom table covers, and we’ll try to add more eligible products as the program develops.
By working directly with our manufacturing partner abroad and its U.S. fulfillment operations, we’re testing a way to bring you select products with free UPS Ground shipping, backed by personal support from Trade Show Joe.
Our team in Louisville, Kentucky, helps you choose the right product and coordinate your artwork. Eligible orders ship directly from our partners’ fulfillment locations. You get personal support from Trade Show Joe and a clear ground-shipping offer on the products included in this program.

How TSJ Prime Works
- Choose an eligible product. Free ground shipping applies only to products included in the TSJ Prime program.
- Prepare your artwork. Download the matching artwork template from the product page. Contact us if you need help with your graphic files.
- Ship to one address. Your eligible order ships via UPS Ground after production. Artwork approval and production time are additional to transit time.
Graphic Design & Custom Artwork Fees
Product prices do not include graphic design fees. Any fees for creating custom artwork files to promote your brand, image, products, services, or message are additional to the product cost.
Add-Ons Are Excluded from Free Shipping
Free UPS Ground shipping applies only to the eligible product as packaged and listed. The offer does not include additional items or changes to the package. Add-on items—including, but not limited to, lighting accessories, counter kits, and hard molded shipping cases—are excluded from this shipping offer. Any applicable shipping charges for these items are additional to their product cost.
TSJ Prime Program Rules
- Eligible products only. Free UPS Ground shipping applies only to eligible products within the TSJ Prime program. Add-on items are excluded.
- One address per order. TSJ Prime free-shipping orders must ship to a single address. Split shipments to multiple addresses are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Ground shipping only. There are no shipping discounts for expedited or other shipping methods. Those methods are charged at their regular rates.
- No combined offers. Free ground shipping cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Contiguous U.S. only. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.
- Limited-time offer. Valid through October 31, 2026. We’re evaluating this new program as we go.
