Why consider a pre-owned trade show display?

Stretch your exhibit budget

A pre-owned frame, display or case may cost less than comparable new equipment. It can be a practical way to get started, expand your setup or save a nickel without replacing everything you already own.

Match or repair the equipment you have

Sometimes a missing connector, damaged component or replacement case is all that stands between an older display and its next show. We work with older systems as well as newer equipment. Send photos so we can help assess the fit; parts and graphics are not interchangeable across every model.

Reusing a serviceable display keeps it working longer. New custom graphics can give existing hardware a fresh, professional look for your business.

Former rentals. A fresh look for your brand.

Some of our pre-owned displays come from our own rental inventory. After serving rental customers, these displays may be offered for sale and repurposed for a new owner.

With new custom-printed graphics, a previously rented display can have a fresh look tailored to your brand. The hardware is pre-owned; the message is yours. Ask us about condition, compatible graphics and the total cost of preparing a display for your next event.

We can help you explore options for frames, pop-up displays, banner stands, tabletop displays, carrying cases and replacement components. A photo of your equipment, labels and connection points can be especially helpful when identifying an older system.

Know what you're buying

Pre-owned equipment varies in age, appearance and completeness. Before ordering, confirm the item's condition, dimensions, included components, graphic requirements, shipping costs and timing. A new graphic does not make every used frame like new—we'll help you understand the equipment being offered.

Do we buy pre-owned display equipment?

Sometimes—but we buy selectively. Purchasing equipment for resale can work well when we know and trust what we are buying. We need to understand the display, its condition and whether it is a practical fit for our customers and our business.

Our decision depends on several factors:

• Marketability: Is there a realistic market for the display or equipment? How likely is it to meet another customer's needs?
• Retained value: How much useful resale value does the equipment retain as a pre-owned item, considering its age, condition and completeness?
• Transportation costs: What would it cost to move the equipment from its current location to Kentucky?
• Practical logistics: Is it difficult to pack, move or assemble? Can we understand and explain how it works? How much space would it occupy in our warehouses?
• Graphics and compatibility: Are we familiar enough with the display to have—or confidently obtain—the correct design templates? Are we comfortable fitting new graphics to the existing structure?

Your next display—or the small piece that gets your current one working—may already be in one of our warehouses. We often time have access to frames that we sell new - used.   I will say the "lion's share" is in the customization, the design work and the full-color graphics.  However, buying used is a way to help the environment and save.  Tell us what you need and we'll see how we can help.
